It is a heck of a lot of fun brewing, but the best part is when you get to drink it and you won't miss out on much of that. I've got a couple of batches in the hopper right now that will for sure make their way into your hands. I've got a Pilsner coming up that I'm creating for a summer beer at the lakes.
